Why the link?

It was a fateful afternoon. The kids were complaining and crying in the back seat and we were rather worn down from a long day of Home Shopping. As we drove up 16, on the way to 210 to venture back to our house, we saw the grand entrance sign for RiverTown. I looked at my wife, "One more stop?" She begrudgingly agreed and we pulled into the Offices up front. Less than 24 hours later, we had deposited. RiverTown was going to be our new Home. 

We were the first family to move into Settlement, and as new neighbors filled the vacant lots, it seemed the questions we received were all the same. What are the best WiFi options? Where do we get our Trash Cans? Do you know any businesses who do epoxy floors? An idea began to take shape. How could we make sure our neighbors have all the information they need to feel at home, as soon as they arrive? We launched our first iteration of the link in August of 2023, with a one page document that served as a resource to neighbors who had just received their keys. We looked to answer all the questions we had when we first moved in, and more. 

From there, the link quickly grew. We realized that there are a slew of amazing RiverTown based businesses that could not advertise in the Community Newsletters created by our lovely property management team. We set meetings with a few businesses & the team at the RiverClub and began planning the evolution of the link. We wanted to provide a home for the recommendations so often requested by RT neighbors. Our first official issue launched in October of 2023, just in time for an epic HalloCrawl experience.
